Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Welcome to Exiom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exiom Discord bot, our website at exiom.net, and our dashboard (together, the "Service"), operated by Exiom ("we", "us", "our"). By adding Exiom to a server, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (currently 13, or higher where required in your country) to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions to add bots and configure settings for that server.
2. Your Account
You access the dashboard by logging in with Discord. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for any activity that takes place through your login. Please let us know straight away if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm others
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
- reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the Service without our permission
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
4. Paid Plans
Some features are offered as part of a paid subscription plan ("Premium"). Where this applies:
- subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) until cancelled
- payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — we never see or store your full card details
- you can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for
- except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods
- if we change our prices, we'll give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle
5. Service Availability and Changes
We do our best to keep Exiom online and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis — we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or discontinue features (including parts of the Premium offering) at any time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects you.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its name, logo, design, and underlying code — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exiom and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time — simply remove Exiom from your server and/or log out. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.
